  • Schools: name, contact details of the responsible teacher (name, email, phone).
  • Students: only the submitted creations (drawings, models, texts…), never direct personal data.
  • Technical data: analytical cookies, navigation statistics.


3. Purpose of Processing


Data is used exclusively to:


  • Manage registrations and contest participation.
  • Communicate with schools and teachers.
  • Publish and promote finalist projects (with prior consent).
  • Comply with our legal obligations.

  • Performance of a contract (organization of the contest).
  • Consent (e.g., to receive communications from sponsors).
  • Legitimate interest (promoting ocean and nature education).

  • Registration data: until the end of the contest + 1 year.

  • Newsletter/sponsor communications: as long as consent is not withdrawn.
